摘　　要：开源数字创新社区改变了组织生产和创新方式,知识共享是开源数字创新社区生存和繁荣的关键。为清晰了解开源数字创新社区知识共享环境、特征及用户知识共享选择,实现知识共享治理,本研究总结开源数字创新社区特征;以nanoHUB开源社区为案例总结开源数字创新社区的知识共享机制;构建理论模型探讨社会互动关系和知识不确定性的前因,社会互动和知识共享不确定性对知识共享的影响,并分别检验虚拟共存和知识保护行为的调节作用;根据161份开源社区用户调研数据,使用smart-PLS分析技术对模型进行实证检验。结果表明:开源数字创新社区内社会互动关系与知识共享行为正相关,知识共享的不确定性与知识共享负相关。利他主义和声誉动机是社区用户社会互动关系的前因,利他主义对社会互动关系影响最大;对知识产权损失、机会主义和互惠关系的担忧是共享不确定性的来源;知识保护行为弱化了社会互动和知识共享间的正向关系。Open-source digital innovation communityhas changed the way of production and innovation of organization.Knowledge sharing is the key to the survival and prosperity of open-source digital innovation community.In the past,researches on open-source community and knowledge sharing mostly focused on knowledge protection or sharing,and rarely put knowledge protection and sharing into the same research framework.In order to clearly understanding the knowledge sharing environment,characteristics and user knowledge sharing choice,this study summarizes the characteristics and classification of open-source digital innovation community;summarizes the knowledge sharing mechanism of open-source digital innovation community by taking nanoHUB open-source community as a case study;constructs a theoretical model to explore the antecedents of social interaction and knowledge uncertainty,the impact of social interaction and knowledge sharing uncertainty on knowledge sharing,and tests the moderating role of virtual co-presence and knowledge protection behavior respectively;based on the 161 users survey data of open source digital innovation community,the model is empirically tested with smart-PLS analysis technology.The results show that:the open-source digital innovation communityis composed of tools,software,applications,forums,resources,products,educational materials,individual roles and real-time interactive software,it has the characteristics of multi-agent,multi-mode,technology visibility and transparency,dynamic,innovative,open and sharing,network and so on.Social interaction is an important factor to promote knowledge sharing.Frequent social interaction will bring close social network connection.Altruism and reputation are the antecedents of users’social interaction.The uncertainty of knowledge sharing is the key factor hindering knowledge sharing.Concerns about intellectual property losses,opportunism and reciprocity are the main sources of uncertainty.That is,social interaction is positively correlated with knowledge sha
