化痰醒脑通络汤联合靳三针对中风急性期疗效、神经功能及炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察化痰醒脑通络汤联合靳三针对中风急性期疗效、神经功能及炎性因子的影响。方法:选取本院脑病科住院治疗的90例中风急性期患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上口服化痰醒脑通络汤联合靳三针治疗。结果:①治疗后观察组中医证候积分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);②治疗后7d、14d两组患者NIHSS评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),观察组治疗后7d NIHSS评分优于对照组,但无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后14d观察组NIHSS评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);③治疗后,观察组S100β及NSE浓度指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05);④治疗后,观察组IL-4水平较前升高,而对照组IL-4水平较前降低,但均无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后血清TNF-α及hs-CRP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而IL-4水平高于对照组但无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:化痰醒脑通络汤联合靳三针可减轻中风急性期临床症状,改善神经功能,其机制可能与该方案能抑制神经细胞凋亡、抑制炎症反应、减轻炎性损伤、促进纤溶发生、抑制血栓形成有关。Objective: To investigate the effect of Huatan Xingnao Tongluo Decoction combined with Jin San-pin on curative effect, nerve function and inflammatory factors for acute stroke.Methods: 90 patients with acute stroke who were hospitalized in Department of Neurology of Taihe Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a controlled group.The controlled group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with Huatan Xingnao Tongluo Decoction combined with Jin San-pin on the basis of conventional treatment.The curative effect, nerve function index and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were observed.Results:(1) After treatment, the traditional Chinese medical(TCM) syndrome score of the observation group was evidently better compared with the TCM syndrome score of the controlled group(P<0.05);(2) 7 days, 14 days after treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the controlled group, the NIHSS score of the observation group was slightly better on the 7th day after treatment, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with the the controlled group, the NIHSS score of the observation group was evidently better on the 14th day after treatment(P<0.05).(3) After treatment, the concentration of S100β and NSE in serum of the two groups were significantly decreased.Both of the S100β and NS’s concentration indexes of in the observation group were evidently better than those in the controlled group(P<0.05);(4)After treatment, the levels of TNF-α and hs-CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: Huatan Xingnao Tongluo Decoction combined with Jin San-pin can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the neurological function of patients with acute stroke.The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of neuronal apoptosis, inhibition of inflammatory react
