中医辨证联合音乐干预对阿尔茨海默症患者生存质量变化及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:观察经中医辨证联合音乐治疗阿尔茨海默症(AD)患者生存质量变化及对影响因素的分析。方法:回顾性分析本院2019年6月~2020年7月所收治的65例AD患者的临床资料,对照组患者采取中医辨证治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合音乐进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的生存质量的变化,采用多元Logistic回归分析影响AD患者生存质量的因素。结果:治疗前,两组患者的QOL-AD评分比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的QOL-AD评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组患者的评分高于对照组(P<0.05);多元Logistic回归分析结果显示:病程长、单一治疗方案、听力状况差、无音乐方面爱好是影响AD患者生存质量的因素(P<0.05)。结论:AD患者的生存质量受病程、治疗方案、听力状况、音乐爱好情况等因素影响,在单一治疗方案中联合音乐治疗可改善AD患者的生存质量。Objective: To analyze the changes of quality of life and its influencing factors in patients with Alzheimer's disease ( AD) treated by TCM syndrome differentiation combined with music. Methods: The clinical data of 65 AD patients admitted toouRhospital from June 2019 to July 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients in the controlled group were treated withTCM syndrome differentiation. The observation group was supplemented with music. The changes in the quality of life of the patientsbefore and afteRtreatment were compared between the two groups,and the factors that affected the quality of life of AD patientswere analyzed by multiple logistic regression analysis. Results: Before treatment,there was no difference in QOL -ADscores between the two groups ( P>0.05) . AfteRtreatment,the QOL-AD scores of patients in the two groups were higheRthanthose before treatment,and the scores of the observation group were higheRthan those of the controlled group ( P<0.05) . The resultsof multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the duration of disease course,single treatment plan,pooRhearing status,and no hobbies about music were the factors that affected the quality of life of AD patients ( P<0.05) . Conclusion: Thequality of life of AD patients is affected by factors such as disease course,treatment plan,hearing status,and music hobby. Asingle treatment plan combined with music therapy can improve the quality of life of AD patients.
