摘  要:天然药物化学是实践性很强的一门学科,实践教学在天然药物化学教学中占据着重要的地位。但由于创新性实验所占比例较低,且各个独立实验之间关联性不强、层次关联不清晰,课后学生自主实验时间受限等原因,使学生容易产生实验课主动性差、实验操作系统性弱、缺乏创新性思维等情况,不能达到最佳教学效果。针对以上情况,本院天然药物化学教学组在实践教学中积极开展教学改革,通过构建三级训练模式,增加学科交叉性实验,建立科学的实践课程考核制度等方式提高学生对实验课的兴趣,锻炼和培养学生的科研素质和创新能力,取得了很好的教学效果。Medicinal chemistry of natural products(MCNP)is a highly practical subject,and practical teaching plays an important role in the teaching of MCNP.However,due to the low proportion of innovative experiments,the correlation between independent experiments is not strong and the hierarchical correlation is not clear,after-class students’independent experiment time is limited,which makes students prone to poor initiative in experiment class,weak experimental operation system and lack of innovative thinking,thus failing to achieve the best teaching effect.In view of the above situation,the teaching group of MCNP in our college actively carried out teaching reform in practical teaching,and improved students’interest in experimental courses,exercised and cultivated students’scientific research quality and innovative ability by constructing three-level training mode,increasing interdisciplinary experiments and establishing scientific examination system of practical courses,which achieved good teaching results.
