摘 要:车辆的结构设计需要满足极限载荷的强度要求,而极限载荷的大小会受各种因素的影响,如车速、路况、车辆配重和悬架的设计参数。以耐久试车场标准极限工况进行虚拟路面载荷预测,旨在分析弹簧、减振器、缓冲块、轮胎、衬套和稳定杆的悬架车辆动力学参数设计带宽对峰值载荷的影响。The structural design of the vehicle needs to meet fatigue durability and strength requirements of peak loads which are impacted by all kinds of factors including vehicle speed,road condition,payloads and suspension parameters.Based on vRLDA of standards extremely load case,this paper aims to analyze the influence of the design bandwidth of the dynamic parameters of the suspension vehicle on peak load,such as spring,damper,jounce bumper,tire,bushing and stabilizer bar.
