水布垭电站水轮机顶盖渗漏问题研究与处理

摘　　要：针对水布垭电站机组顶盖渗漏问题,通过逐一分析排查,确认顶盖渗漏的原因,结合顶盖结构特点,其组合面的密封条更换难度大,且密封条在此复杂环境中使用寿命的不确定性,更重要的是顶盖以后已经没有了分瓣检修的必要,所以采取对顶盖和止漏环封焊处理,消除了顶盖渗漏的隐患。The leakage problem of the unit head cover in Shuibuya Hydropower Station is analyzed.The primary cause of the problem is determined.Considering the structural characteristics of the head cover,the sealing ring of the combination plane is difficult to replace and its service life in such complex environment is of high uncertainty.Also,segmental maintenance will not be necessary for the head cover later.Thus,sealing welding is carried out on the head cover and the sealing ring to eliminate the leakage risk.
