摘  要:目的对一起肠炎沙门菌引起的食物中毒事件开展病原菌分离鉴定及分型分析,为临床治疗和类似事件处置提供参考依据。方法收集中毒事件流行病学资料;采集患者排泄物、从业人员肛拭、可疑食品和环境样本,运用PCR方法快速筛查病原菌;采用实验室传统方法进行细菌分离和病原学鉴定;利用脉冲场凝胶电泳(Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis,PFGE)对病原菌进行分子分型及同源分析。结果23份可疑样本中检出8株肠炎沙门菌,其中可疑食品、患者排泄物和环境样本中分别检出4株、2株和2株。PFGE分型结果显示8株肠炎沙门菌DNA条带图谱完全一致,属同一克隆株。结论本起事件为肠炎沙门菌污染食品引起的食物中毒事件,PCR快速筛查和PFGE同源分析对食物中毒事件快速判定及有效控制提供技术支持。Objective The isolation,identification and typing analysis of a food poisoning event caused by Salmonella enteritidis were carried out to provide reference for clinical treatment and management of similar cases.Methods Collecting epidemiological data of poisoning events;collecting excreta of patients,anal swab of practitioners,suspicious food and environmental samples for rapid screening of pathogenic bacteria using PCR methods;molecular typing and homology of pathogenic bacteria by traditional laboratory methods,Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis(PFGE).Results Eight strains of Salmonella enteritidis were detected in 23 suspect samples,of which 4,2 and 2 were detected in suspicious food,patient excreta and environmental samples,respectively.The results of PFGE typing showed that the DNA band profiles of the 8 strains of Salmonella enteritidis were identical and belong to the same clone.Conclusion This is a food poisoning event caused by Salmonella enteritidis.Rapid PCR screening and PFGE homology analysis provide technical support for rapid determination and effective control of food poisoning incidents.
