以双侧大脑脚梗死为主要表现的后循环梗死合并贫血一例

摘　　要：双侧大脑脚梗死是一种极为少见的后循环梗死,其主要表现为四肢瘫痪和意识障碍。贫血与脑梗死病情加重有关。作者报道1例以双侧大脑脚梗死为主要表现的后循环梗死合并贫血患者,并结合相关文献,对该病例的临床特点、影像学表现、病因、治疗及转归进行分析总结。双侧大脑脚梗死磁共振表现为“米老鼠征”,预后多不佳。对于合并严重贫血的急性脑梗死患者,需予以积极纠正贫血治疗。Bilateral cerebral peduncular infarction is an extremely rare posterior circulation infarction,which is mainly manifested as quadriplegia and disturbance of consciousness.The clinical features,imaging findings,etiology,treatment and outcome of a patient with bilateral cerebral peduncle infarction complicated with anemia were analyzed retrospectively.The MRI finding of bilateral cerebral peduncle infarction is Mickey Mouse sign,and the prognosis is often poor.For patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with severe anemia,it is necessary to actively correct anemia.
