摘　　要：目的:分析滋肾柔肝法治疗肝肾阴虚型肝硬化腹水的疗效。方法:2019年6月-2020年6月收治肝肾阴虚型肝硬化腹水患者78例,根据治疗方案不同分为两组,各39例。对照组接受常规治疗,试验组联合中医滋肾柔肝法治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗1个月中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗1个月丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)及血清总胆红素(TBil)水平均明显低于对照组,血清白蛋白(ALB)水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组临床病情控制优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾柔肝法治疗肝肾阴虚型肝硬化腹水疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zi Shen Rou Gan method in the treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites of Gan Shen Yin Xu type.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,78 patients with liver cirrhosis ascites of Gan Shen Yin Xu type were selected and divided into two groups with 39 cases in each group according to different treatment schemes.The control group received conventional treatment.The experimental group was treated with Zi Shen Rou Gan method.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the TCM symptom score after 1 month treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after one month of treatment,the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and serum total bilirubin(TBIL)were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the level of serum albumin(ALB)was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the excellent and good rate of clinical disease control was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Zi Shen Rou Gan method in the treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites of Gan Shen Yin Xu type is significant.
