摘 要:化学原料药企业新改扩建项目的环境影响评价报告的编制和VOCs(挥发性有机化合物)处理系统的设计和选型,需要对生产过程产生的有机溶剂尾气排放量和最大排放速率进行数据收集。尾气处理措施的选择取决于溶剂尾气的类型,而尾气的排放量会影响VOCs的排放总量,尾气的最大排放速率决定了系统的风机和规模选型。只有科学合理的设计和运行尾气处理系统,才能实现VOCs的达标排放。The compilation of environmental impact assessment report, the design and the type selection of VOCs(volatile organic compounds) treatment system for the new reconstruction and expansion projects of chemical drug substance enterprises require data collection on emission amounts and maximum emission rate of organic solvent exhaust gases generated in the production process. The selection of exhaust gas treatment measures depend on the type of solvent exhaust gases, and the emission amount of exhaust gases will affect the total emission amount of VOCs, the maximum emission rate of exhaust gases will determine the fan and scale selection of the system. The VOCs can be discharged up to the standard base on scientific and reasonable design and operation of exhaust gas treatment system.
