摘　　要：在一流本科建设背景下,基层教学组织对高校创新人才培养、落实具体建设目标起着核心支撑作用。在宁波大学建校30余年,材料科学与化学工程学院成立仅有10余年的现实基础上,基层教学组织既有缺乏管理经验的弊端,又有高起点轻装上阵的优势。本文对学院基层教学组织建设改革情况进行了简要总结,希望能对其他院校基层教学组织建设提供一定参考。Under the background of first-class undergraduate construction,grassroots teaching organizations play a core supporting role in the cultivation of innovative talents and the implementation of specific construction objectives.Ningbo University has been established for more than 30 years,whileCollege of Materials Science and Chemical Engineering has been established for only more than 10 years.The grassroots teaching organization has both the disadvantages of lack of management experience and the advantages of being able to carry out tasks lightly from a high starting point.The construction,reform,and development of the grassroots teaching organizationwere briefly summarized,hoping to provide reference for other colleges.
