广陈皮贮藏与包装环节操作的优化研究

摘　　要：广陈皮是陈皮的道地药材,是“陈久者良”中药材的典型代表。贮藏是影响其道地性的关键技术环节。为保证广陈皮质量,以《中药材生产质量管理规范(征求意见稿)》为指导,通过对广东新会的实地调研提出应对广陈皮采收,初加工,贮藏库的规格、管理、贮藏过程中的变质现象和包装的技术操作进行规范,针对虫蛀、霉变和泛油现象提出了应对措施,以期指导广陈皮的规范化生产。Guangchenpi,the geo-authentic crude drug of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium(CRP),is a typical Chinese herb of"the older the better".The storage is a very important link for ensuring its geoherbalism.The technical operations of CRP including harvesting,primary processing,storage specifications and administrations,deterioration treatment during storage,and package were standardized under the guidance of Good Agricultural Practice for Chinese Crude Drugs(Exposure Draft)to ensure the quality of CRP.In addition,the measures for dealing with moth damage,mildew,and oil-spilling were put forward,so as to better guide the standardized production of CRP.
