摘　　要：Blaschko线是分布于人体皮肤黏膜上的一种特殊的线条排列,被认为是皮肤嵌合体的表现形式。既往文献已报道多种沿B线分布的皮肤病,分为先天性及后天性。现报道4例沿B线分布的炎症性疾病,分别为线状皮肤型红斑狼疮、线状硬化性萎缩性苔藓、线状苔藓、线状扁平苔藓。The lines of Blaschko is a special line arrangement distributed on the human skin and mucous membranes,it is considered to be a manifestation of skin chimeras.It had been reported that a variety of skin diseases along Blaschko s lines in previous reports,which were classified as congenital and acquired.Here we report four types of inflammatory diseases along Blaschko s lines,including linear cutaneous lupus erythematosus,linear lichen sclerosis atrophicus,lichen striatus,and lichen planus liuearis.
