摘 要:全电动注塑机料筒温PID闭环控制系统具有非线性、时滞性等特点,而且,外界环境的不同使注塑机型号的不同使系统温度更加难以控制,因此,引入循环交换领域人工蜂群算法(CNC-ABC)对其控制系统参数进行优化。不同于传统的人工蜂群算法,CNC人工蜂群算法对引领蜂和侦查蜂的解搜索方法均进行了优化,大幅提升了算法的快速性和准确性。提出了循环交换领域人工蜂群算法,分析了全电动注塑机料筒电加热模型的建立,并展开了仿真实验和小批实验验证,研究发现,该算法明显降低了调节时间、超调量、次品率。通过仿真实验,算法可将PID闭环控制系统的调节时间控制在15 ms以内,超调量控制在3%内,验证了算法的优良性能。The PID closed-loop control system of the barrel temperature of the all-electric injection molding machine had a certain nonlinearity and time lag. Coupled with the different external environment and the size of the injection molding machine model,it is more difficult to control the system temperature. Artificial bees were introduced in the field of circulation exchange Group algorithm( CNC-ABC) to optimize its control system parameters. Different from the traditional artificial bee colony algorithm,the CNC artificial bee colony algorithm optimizes the solution search methods of leading bees and detective bees,it can alse greatly improve the speed and accuracy of the algorithm. In this paper,an artificial colony algorithm in the field of cycle exchange was presented,the establishment of electric heating model of the charge cylinder of the all electric injection molding machine was analyzed,and the simulation experiments and small batch experiments were carried out. The algorithm significantly reduced the adjustment time,overshoot and defective rate. Through simulation experiments,the algorithm could control the PID closed-loop control system’s adjusting time within 15 ms and overshoot within 3%,which verified the excellent performance of the algorithm.
