童趣化理念指导下综合干预对视网膜母细胞瘤患儿治疗依从性、生活质量及家属满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨童趣化理念指导下综合干预对视网膜母细胞瘤(RB)患儿治疗依从性、生活质量及家属满意度的影响。方法将95例RB患儿根据干预模式不同分为对照组(n=45,常规干预模式)和干预组(n=50,童趣化理念指导下综合干预)。对比两组患儿干预前后生活质量、抑郁焦虑情况、治疗依从性及家属满意度。结果干预组患儿依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预前,两组患儿生活质量、汉密尔顿抑郁自评量表(HAMD)及汉密尔顿焦虑自评量表(HAMA)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);干预后,干预组患儿躯体功能、认知功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组,HAMD及HAMA评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预组家属满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论实施童趣化理念指导下综合干预可提高RB患儿的治疗依从性,改善其负面情绪及生活质量,家属满意度高,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive intervention under the guidance of childlike con-cepts on the treatment compliance,quality of life,and family satisfaction of children with retinoblastoma(RB).Method A total of 95 children with RB were divided into the control group(n=45,conventional intervention mode)and interven-tion group(n=50,comprehensive intervention under the guidance of childlike concepts)according to different interven-tion modes.The quality of life,depression and anxiety level,treatment compliance and family satisfaction of the two groups of children before and after intervention were compared.Result The compliance of children in the intervention group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the inter-vention,there were no significant difference in the quality of life,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxi-ety scale(HAMA)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of dimensions including physical function,cognitive function,role function,emotional function and social function of the children in the interven-tion group were higher than those of the control group,and the HAMD and HAMA scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of family members in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive interventions under the guidance of the childlike concepts can uplift the compliance of children with RB,improve their negative emotions and life quality.This regimen could achieve high family satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
