养殖实训场生物安全管理现状与对策研究

摘　　要：近年来,实验场所生物安全突发事件时有发生,生物安全问题引起人们关注。文章在工作实践基础上,总结了农类高职院校养殖实训场在生物安全管理工作中存在的问题,并据此提出构建生物安全保障体系、注重生物安全管理人才培养、推行实验场所安全准入制度、加强师生生物安全培训教育、无害化处理养殖实训场废弃物等措施,消除养殖实验场所的安全隐患,保护养殖实验场所的公共安全。In recent years,biosafety emergencies in experimental sites occur from time to time,and biosafety problems have attracted people′s attention.Based on the work practice,summarizes the problems existing in the biosafety management of breeding training places in agricultural higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the measures of constructing biosafety guarantee system,paying attention to the cultivation of biosafety management personnel,carrying out the safety access system of experimental sites,strengthening the biosafety training and education of teachers and students,harmless disposal of the waste of breeding training sites,eliminating the hidden dangers of safety in breeding experimental sites and protecting the public safety of breeding experimental sites.
