摘　　要：目的了解福州市中小学开展控烟图片展宣传活动前后知、信、行改变情况,为开展学校控烟工作提供依据。方法在全福州市随机抽取60所学校共2794名学生作为调查对象,用统一编制的调查问卷,通过基线和终末调查了解学生的烟草相关知识、态度和行为的变化,并对活动效果进行评价。结果学生对"二手烟会导致乳腺癌"等知识的知晓率由44.50%提高到77.23%(P<0.01),控烟正确态度持有率由93.77%提高到95.27%(P<0.01),正向行为形成率由89.78%提高到93.48%(P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义。结论采用图片展览方式进行学校控烟宣传,不仅能提高学生烟草相关知识知晓率,对学生的控烟态度及控烟行为也有正向的影响,值得推广。Objective To understand the changes of knowledge,attitudes and behaviors before and after the publicity activities of tobacco control picture exhibition in elementary and middle schools in Fuzhou city,so as to provide basis for tobacco control in schools.Methods A total of 2794 students were randomly selected from 60 schools in Fuzhou city.A uniformly compiled questionnaire was used to understand the changes of students’tobacco-related knowledge,attitude and behavior through baseline and terminal survey,and to evaluate the effect of activities.Results The awareness rate of"second-hand smoke can lead to breast cancer"and other knowledge among students increased from 44.50% to 77.23%(P<0.01),the holding rate of correct attitude towards tobacco control increased from 93.77% to 95.27%(P<0.01),and the formation rate of positive behavior increased from 89.78% to 93.48%(P<0.01).The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The use of picture exhibition in school tobacco control publicity can not only improve students’awareness of tobacco related knowledge,but also have a positive impact on students’tobacco control attitudes and behaviors,which is worthy of promotion.
