摘　　要：介绍祝肇刚治疗肺癌的经验。祝肇刚认为,肺癌病机为本虚标实,病位在肺,日久及脾肾。主张中西结合,顾护再生能力,以平为期,带病延年。而益气养阴、健脾补肺、培土生金则是治疗肺癌的根本,临床中尚需根据患者症状不同辨证论治,随证加减。The experience of treating lung cancer by ZHU Zhaogang is introduced.ZHU Zhaogang thinks that the pathogenesis of the disease is syndrome of root deficiency and tip excess,and the location of the disease is the lung.Besides,the disease retains so long that it will affect the spleen and the stomach.ZHU Zhaogang advocates integrated Chinese and western medicine,maintenance of regeneration ability,and application of medicines with neutral nature.He also holds that the treatment of cancer should be consistent with the idea that patients coexist with caner.The fundamental therapeutic principles include tonifying qi and yin,fortifying the spleen and tonifying the lung,and banking up earth to generate metal.The clinical treatment of the disease should be modified based on syndrome differentiation.
