摘　　要：根据国家和广东省深化职称制度改革文件精神,针对卫生系列高级职称自主评审权限下放,广东省中医院作为广东省第一批卫生系列高级职称自主评审试点单位,对卫生系列高级职称自主评审的标准和流程进行了初探,并对未来的职称自主评审作出了规划。现将广东省中医院在本次职称自主评审中的具体方法、流程、标准以及关键问题进行总结和探讨,仅供同行借鉴。According to the spirit of the national and Guangdong Province to deepen the reform of the professional title system,and aiming at the decentralization of the self-evaluation for title of a senior professional post in health section,Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,being the first batch of pilot units for the self-evaluation for title of a senior professional post in health section in Guangdong Province,conducted a preliminary exploration on the standard and process and made a plan for the future independent title appraisal.Now summarize and discuss the specific methods,procedures,standards and key issues of the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in this independent title appraisal,which can provide reference for peers.
