电针联合吞咽治疗仪治疗脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针联合吞咽治疗仪治疗脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的疗效。方法:选取2018年12月~2020年4月就诊于银川市第一人民医院康复科的脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者60例,采用随机对照研究法分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组接受徒手康复训练,治疗组在对照组基础上接受电针联合吞咽治疗仪治疗,疗程为2个月,治疗前后均采用SSA评分、洼田吞咽功能障碍评价、SWAL-QOL评分进行评定。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1个月、2个月,两组患者SSA评分、SWAL-QOL评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用电针联合吞咽治疗仪治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍有效,且治疗时间越长效果越显著。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with swallowing therapeutic apparatus on dysphagia in stroke patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients with deglutition dysfunction after stroke who were admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of Yinchuan First People’s Hospital from December 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group by randomized controlled study.The control group received bare-handed rehabilitation training,and the treatment group received electroacupuncture combined with swallowing therapy equipment on the basis of the control group for 2 months.Before and after treatment,SSA score,swallowing dysfunction evaluation and SWAL-QOL score were used to evaluate.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After 1 month and 2 months of treatment,the SSA score and SWAL-QOL score in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with swallowing therapeutic apparatus is effective in the treatment of swallowing dysfunction after stroke,and the longer the treatment time,the more significant the effect.
