摘　　要：生物战剂能以微小剂量在极短时间内导致大量人员伤亡,严重威胁人类健康。具有传染性的病原体及其毒素均可视为潜在的生物战剂,在生物袭击早期准确识别生物战剂及其导致的疾病,对采取有效的防御治疗策略十分必要。生物传感器具有快速、简单、便携、特异性强、敏感性高及设计灵活等优点,被广泛用于床旁检测及实时诊断分析工具的研发,将在生物战剂检测中发挥重要作用,是实现战现场实时检测和满足军队应急需要的理想装备。综述近年来生物传感器在生物战剂检测研究中的新进展,以期把握现代生物战剂检测策略的新趋势。Biological warfare agents can cause large number of casualties in the shortest possible time with a release of micro-dose of materials,which can seriously threaten human health.In the theory,both pathogens and their toxin with infection should be regarded as potential biological warfare agents,and it’s necessary to identify biological warfare agents and related diseases caused by them in early stage of biological attack for adopting effective treatment strategy of defense.Biosensors have series of advantages include speediness,simplicity,convenience,well specificity,high sensitivity and flexibility of design,which have been widely applied in the research and development of the detection beside of bed and the analysis tool of real-time diagnosis.All the advantages of biosensors make them play important roles in the detection of biological warfare agents,which are ideal equipment in realizing real-time detection and meeting the emergent requirement of troop on the battlefield.This article reviewed some new advances about biosensors in detection study of biological warfare agents in recent years in order to better grasp the new development trend of detection strategy of modernly biological warfare agents.
