摘　　要：精品课程群的建设对促进军队人才培养教学理念的转变和教学方式的变革具有核心支撑作用。探讨了在信息化条件下,以课程群建设为抓手,通过合理规划学科专业课程群顶层设计,优化课程体系和教学内容;依托优秀教学团队,改革创新教学方法手段;构建多层次信息化实践教学资源体系等方法,促进军队院校电气专业人才培养及学科发展与部队实际工程需求的有效对接。最终通过构建系统化、模块化的信息化课程教学资源,服务于学员创新实践能力的培养,提高其第一任职能力和核心竞争力。The construction of high-quality course group plays a central role in promoting the transformation of teaching concept and teaching model of military talent training.This paper discusses how to optimize the course system and teaching content by rationally planning the top-level design of discipline course group under the condition of informatization,reform and innovate the teaching methods and means by relying on excellent teaching team,and build a multi-level informatization practice teaching resource system,to promote the effective connection of electrical professionals training and discipline development in military academies and the actual engineering needs of the army.Finally,through the construction of systematic and modular informatization course teaching resources,it serves the cultivation of students'innovative and practical ability,and improves their first post ability and core competitiveness.
