摘　　要：目的:研究联合法(诊室美白+家庭美白)和单独法(两次诊室美白)牙齿美白效果和牙齿敏感性。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年6月于西北大学附属医院/西安市第三医院进行牙齿美白患者32名,随机分为A、B两组,A组采用联合法(诊室美白+家庭美白)进行牙齿美白,B组采用单独法(两次诊室美白)。使用分光测色仪及Vita 3D Master比色板测量牙齿美白效果,使用4级语言测定评分记录牙齿敏感性。结果:联合法(诊室美白+家庭美白)和单独法(两次诊室美白),在牙齿美白效果、牙齿敏感性方面均无显著性差异。结论:无论采取联合法(诊室美白+家庭美白)还是单独法(两次诊室美白),美白效果及牙齿敏感性均较为相似。Objective:To study the whitening effect and tooth sensitivity of the combined method(in-office bleaching+at-home bleaching)and single method(in-office bleaching+in-office bleaching).Methods:Thirty-two patients with tooth bleaching in Xi’an No.3 Hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A was treated with combined method(in-office bleaching+at-home bleaching),group B treated with single method(in-office bleaching+in-office bleaching).The effect of tooth whitening was measured by spectrophotometer and Vita 3 D Master shade, and the tooth sensitivity was evaluated using a 4-point verbal rating scale.Results:There was no significant difference in tooth whitening effect and tooth sensitivity between the combined method(in-office bleaching+at-home bleaching)and single method(in-office bleaching+in-office bleaching).Conclusion:In the tooth whitening, the whitening effect and tooth sensitivity of the combined method(in-office bleaching+at-home bleaching)or single method(in-office bleaching+in-office bleaching)are similar.
