摘  要:通过对大孔径钢波纹管涵洞现场测试,得出管内不同角度应变的变化规律。结果表明:波峰、波谷和波侧在填土初期为拉应变,且部分角度产生力的重新分布,填土中期快速增长,而填土后期趋于平缓。随着角度的变化,波峰和波侧存在拉应变→压应变→拉应变的变化过程,而波谷正好相反,同时结合依托工程,给出了施工要点及注意事项。Through field tests,the force characteristics of highway large-aperture steel bellows culverts are obtained.The test results show that the wave crests,troughs,and wave side are tensile strains at the initial stage of filling,and the force generated by some angles is redistributed,increasing rapidly in the middle of filling,and tending to be flat in the later stage of filling.As the angle changes,there is a process of tensile strain→compressive strain→tensile strain in wave crest and wave side,while wave trough is just the opposite.At the same time,the construction technology of highway large aperture steel corrugated pipe culvert is analyzed,and the construction key points and quality control measures are given.
