摘 要:创新创业导向下的远程职业教育能够培养创新创业型职业技能人才,缓解结构性就业矛盾,赋能教育服务社会,推行终身职业教育。然而,创新创业导向下的远程职业教育人才培养目标定位不明确,创新创业教育融入教学不充分,实践教学开展效果不佳。远程职业教育应科学安排课程体系,优化实践教学,运用智慧化、数字化、信息化的教学方法与教学手段服务于教学,重构创新创业导向下的远程职业教育人才培养机制,以期解决创新创业导向下的远程职业教育人才培养难题。Under the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship,distance vocational education can cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial vocational skilled talents,alleviate the structural employment contradiction,enable education to serve the society,and carry out lifelong vocational education.However,under the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship,the training objectives of distance vocational education are not clear;the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into teaching is not sufficient;and the implementation effect of practical teaching is not good.The distance vocational education should arrange the curriculum system scientifically,optimize the practical teaching,use the intelligent,digital and informatization teaching methods and teaching means to serve teaching,and reconstruct the training mechanism of the distance vocational education talents under the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship,in order to solve the problems of the distance vocational education talents training under the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship.
