摘  要:集成电路设计与集成系统专业是我国为适应信息产业发展需求而设置的新兴专业,由于该专业与电子信息、自动化等多个专业之间的交叉性、融合性,目前存在着开设时间短、经验不足等多种问题,因此,如何有效、合理地建设该专业的课程体系是值得重点讨论的问题。以中南民族大学电信学院学科现状为案例,针对学院民族地区学生电路尤其是模拟电路、射频电路基础薄弱的特点,科学分析学生,结合产业职位要求,适当选取课程内容。遵循学生学习的基本规律,穿插课程设计和工业设计实例,探讨建设集成电路设计专业课程的作用与意义。Integrated circuit design is an emerging multidisciplinary major with the development of information industry in China. Because of the intersection between electronic information, automation and other majors, many problems still exist, such as the short running time and the lack of experience. Therefore, how to effectively and reasonably construct the curriculum of integrated circuit design is a matter worthy of discussion. Taking the status of the Department of Electronics and Information Engineering of South Central University for Nationalities as an example, and in view of the characteristics of the students in ethnic minority areas, who have weak foundation in analog circuits, and RF circuits, this paper scientifically analyzes the characteristics of the students and appropriately selects the course content according to the requirements of industrial positions. It follows the basic rules of students’ learning, intersperses with course design and industrial design examples, and discusses the role and significance of building integrated circuit design professional courses.
