摘  要:目的研究外周血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、平均血小板体积(MPV)与视网膜静脉阻塞-黄斑水肿(RVO-ME)的关系。方法研究对象:实验组:临床诊断为RVO-ME患者42例:20例视网膜中央静脉阻塞(CRVO)患者(CRVO-ME组)和22例视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)患者(BRVO-ME组)。对照组:体检健康人群43例,抽取各组患者空腹外周静脉血5 ml,统计分析各组NLR,MPV。结果RVO-ME组NLP(2.15±0.88)、MPV(10.65±1.68)fL较对照组NLP(1.60±0.24)、MPV(9.94±1.20)fL明显升高,且有统计学意义,而CRVO-ME组与BRVO-ME组间并无统计学差异。结论NLR、MPV升高与RVO-ME发病密切相关,有可能作为新的便捷易取的标记物监测RVO-ME的病情发展。Objective To investigate the relationship between neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR),mean platelet volume(MPV)in the peripheral blood and retinal vein occlusion-macular edema(RVO-ME).Methods A total of 42 patients with RVO-ME were selected as the experimental group,who were further divided into the central retinal vein occlusion(CRVO-ME)group(20 patients)and branch retinal vein occlusion(BRVO-ME)group(22 patients).Another 43 healthy people were selected as the control group.5 ml fasting peripheral venous blood was extracted from patients in each group,both NLR and MPV of each group were statistically analyzed.Results NLR and MPV in the RVO-ME group(2.15±0.88,10.65±1.68fL)were significantly higher than those in the control group(1.60±0.24,9.94±1.20),and the difference was statistically significant.While no significant difference was observed between the CRVO-ME and BRVO-ME group.Conclusions Elevated NLR and MPV are closely related to the incidence of RVO-ME,which may be used as a new and convenient marker to monitor the development of RVO-ME.
