摘　　要：概述了微血管周细胞的命名、定位、形态、常见标记物及来源;介绍了周细胞在微血管的生理、病理活动中所起的重要作用;总结了周细胞与糖尿病视网膜病变的相关性。深化对周细胞的认识是未来微血管疾病研究的方向,亦是挑战。This paper summarized the nomenclature,localization,morphology,markers and origin of microvascular pericytes,introduced the important role of pericytes in the physiological and pathological activities of microvessels,and summarized the relationship between pericytes and diabetic retinopathy.Deepening the understanding of pericytes is not only a future research direction on microvascular diseases,but also a challenge.
