摘 要:为了促进碳氢燃料的裂解,提高其对高超音速飞行器的主动热防护能力,以钛酸酯偶联剂为裂解引发添加剂,研究其对航空煤油HD-01裂解反应的促进效果与机理。结果表明:与无添加剂时相比,添加钛酸酯偶联剂能够显著提高航空煤油HD-01的裂解性能;随着钛酸酯偶联剂质量分数的增加,HD-01裂解的产气率和热沉逐渐增加,在钛酸酯偶联剂质量分数为0.05%时,即可达到较优的效果。在500、530和550℃时,添加钛酸酯偶联剂的航空煤油HD-01裂解的产气率分别比无添加剂时增加了71.1%、250%和260%,热沉分别增加了8.13%、15.94%和28.53%。这主要归因于钛酸酯偶联剂中的C—O键比燃料中的C—C键更易断裂,从而在较低温度下就能裂解产生辛基自由基,进而引发HD-01的裂解。To improve thermal cracking of hydrocarbon fuels and their active thermal protection ability for hypersonic aircraft,titanate coupling agents were used as cracking initiative additives.Effects and mechanism of the additives on aviation kerosene cracking were studied.Compared with no additives addition,cracking performance of aviation kerosene HD-01 can be significantly improved by adding titanate coupling agents.With additive dosage increase,gas production ratio and heat sinks from HD-01 cracking can gradually increase.At 0.05%mass fraction dosage,cracking performance of hydrocarbon fuels be significantly improved.At the temperature of 500,530 and 550℃,gas production ratio can increase 71.1%,250%and 260%correspondingly,and the corresponding heat sinks increase 8.13%,15.94%and 28.53%.This is mainly attributed to the fact that C—O bond in the titanate coupling agent is easier to be broken than C—C bond in the hydrocarbon fuel.Titanate coupling agents can be cracked at a lower temperature to generate octyl radicals,which can further initiate hydrocarbon fuels cracking.
