山地旅游景区旅游安全保障体系构建研究--以华山景区为例

摘　　要：旅游安全是旅游发展的基本保障。文章主要运用扎根理论研究方法,对所收集到的关于华山景区的网络点评文本资料予以剖析,研究其旅游安全事故致因。研究结果表明:华山景区在人的不安全行为中存在游客安全意识薄弱、服务人员安全服务意识不高、景区管理人员安全管理能力不足等问题;在物的不安全状态中存在基础设施设备不完善、安全宣传力度不足、医疗救护设备不全等问题。因此,在华山景区旅游安全方面,构建组织保障、制度保障、人员保障、设备保障等安全保障体系,以此来控制人、物时空交叉,提升华山景区安全保障十分必要。Tourism safety is the basic guarantee for tourism development.Huashan Mountain,famous for its steepness,is known as“the most dangerous mountain in the world”.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of accidents has been a headache in tourism industry.The article mainly uses grounded theory methods to analyze the texts of negative reviews collected online about Huashan Scenic Spot and to study the causes of the accidents.Results show that in the unsafe behavior of people in Huashan Scenic Area,there are problems such as weak tourist safety awareness,low safety service awareness of service personnel,and insufficient safety management capabilities of scenic area managers;in the unsafe state of things,there are problems like imperfect infrastructure and equipment,insufficient safety publicity,incomplete medical rescue equipment and other issues.Therefore,in strengthening the safety of Huashan Scenic Spot,efforts should be made to construct the safety guarantee systems of organization,institution,personnel and equipment,so as to control the time-space intersection of people and things.
