摘　　要：背景白介素17(IL-17)在癌症进展中起重要作用,目前关于IL-17表达量与肺癌患者预后间的关系仍存在争议。目的采用Meta分析法,评价IL-17表达量与肺癌患者预后的关系,旨在为临床诊疗提供参考。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library及中国生物医学文献服务系统、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台关于IL-17表达量与肺癌患者预后关系的相关文献,检索时间从建库至2020年6月。由两位研究员按照文献纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取数据并进行纽卡斯尔-渥太华量表(NOS)评分。采用RevMan 5.3.0软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入6篇文献,均为英文文献,共包含479例患者。Meta分析结果显示,IL-17高表达是肺癌患者总生存〔HR=1.82,95%CI(1.44,2.29)〕、无病生存〔HR=2.41,95%CI(1.42,4.08)〕的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论IL-17高表达是肺癌患者总生存、无病生存的危险因素。Background Interleukin 17(IL-17)plays a critical role in the progress of lung cancer.However,there is still controversy about the relationship between IL-17 expression and the prognosis of patients with lung cancer.Objective To systematically evaluate the relationship of IL-17 expression with the prognosis of patients with lung cancer by meta-analysis,in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment.Methods The articles about the relationship of IL-17 expression with the prognosis of patients with lung cancer on PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,SinoMed,CNKI and Wanfang Data from the establishment of the database to June 2020 were searched.Two researchers screened the literature according to the criteria of literature inclusion and exclusion,extracted the data and scored by Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS).Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3.0 software.Results Six articles were included finally,containing 479 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that,high expression of IL-17 was risk factor of overall survival[HR=1.82,95%CI(1.44,2.29)],disease free survival[HR=2.41,95%CI(1.42,4.08)]in patients with lung cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion High expression of IL-17 is risk factor of overall survival,disease free survival in patients with lung cancer.
