鼻疗法治疗偏头痛临床疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的评价鼻疗法治疗偏头痛的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索Pubmed、Web of Science、Em⁃base、The Cochrane Library、中国知网、维普以及万方数据库中有关鼻疗法治疗偏头痛的文献,检索时间为建库至2020年6月,运用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入12篇文献,共1187例患者,6篇观察鼻疗法的即时效应,6篇观察短期疗效。Meta分析结果显示鼻疗法的即时效应和短期疗效均优于口服给药(即时效应有效率:RR=1.22,95%CI[1.12,1.33],P<0.001;短期治疗有效率:RR=1.12,95%CI[1.06,1.19],P<0.001,不良反应发生率低(RR=0.27,95%CI[0.10,0.73],P=0.01)。结论鼻疗法可作为偏头痛急性期即刻止痛及短期治疗的有效手段,由于纳入研究质量较低,仍需更多高质量的随机对照试验验证该结论。Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of intranasal administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of migraine.Methods:The literatures on the intranasal administration of traditional Chinese medicine for treating migraine were retrieved in China National Knowledge Infrastructure,WangFang database,VIP database,Pubmed,The Cochrane Libarary,Embase and Web of science from inception to June 2020.The collected data underwent meta-analysis using RevMen 5.3 software.Results:A total of 12 articles with 1187 patients were included,of which 6 studies observed the immediate effects,and 6 observed the short-term effects.Meta analysis results showed that the immediate and short-term effects of intranasal administration of traditional Chinese medicine for migraine were better than oral administration(Immediate effect:RR=1.22,95%CI[1.12,1.33],P<0.001;Short-term effect:RR=1.12,95%CI[1.06,1.19],P<0.001),and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(RR=0.27,95%CI[0.10,0.73],P=0.01).Conclusion:Intranasal administration of traditional Chinese medicine can be an effective method for migraine treatment.In view of the low quality of the included studies,more high-quality randomized controlled trials are needed in the future to verify this conclusion.
