摘　　要：通过对《伤寒论》误汗致烦相关条文的研读,总结出误汗致烦的证治,胃津不足者,宜调和胃气,少少与饮之;热扰胸膈者,宜清宣郁热,常用栀子豉汤;阳气内郁者,宜发汗解肌,令其微汗出;表郁里热者,宜解表清热,常用大青龙汤,若属火逆变证,则当和其胃气;阳衰阴盛者,宜回阳救逆,常用干姜附子汤;阴阳格拒者,宜补虚复阳,常用茯苓四逆汤。后世医家宗仲景之理法,辨治冬温、卫分昏迷、急性肺炎、急性心衰等,多效如桴鼓。Through studying relevant provisions in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,the syndromes and treatments of sweat-induced annoyance were summarized.For those with insufficient gastric fluid,it is advisable to reconcile gastric qi,and drink it at least.Zhizichi Decoction is commonly used for those with syndrome of chest and diaphragm disturbed by heat to clear stagnated heat;for patients with internal depression of yang,sweating should be used to relieve muscles and make them sweat slightly;for those with depression and internal heat,they should be relieved and clear heat,and Daqinglong Decoction is often used.If it is caused by mistreatment of warming therapy,stomach qi disharmony must be solved;if yang declines and yin is prosperous,it is advisable to return to yang to save the adversity by using Ganjiang Fuzi Decoction;for those with expulsion of yinyang,it is advisable to tonify deficiency to recovery yang by using Fuling Sini Decoction.Doctors of the later dynasties all followed Zhang Zhongjing′s theory and method to treat winter warmth,Weifen coma,acute pneumonia,acute heart failure,etc.,with multiple effects such as drumming.
