摘 要:从德国“技术员”的定位、职责和能力要求出发,以“德国巴伐利亚州机电一体化专业技术员教学计划”为例,深入分析了德国技术员人才培养的核心特征。我国可以借鉴德国技术员的培养模式,确定不同层次的职业教育人才培养定位,完善高等职业教育的课程结构,实现新形势下高职技术技能人才培养的目标。Starting from the positioning,responsibilities and ability requirements of German"technicians",taking the"teaching plan for technicians majoring in Mechatronics in Bavaria,Germany"as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the core characteristics of talent training of German technicians.China can learn from the training mode of German technicians,determine the talent training orientation of vocational education at different levels,improve the curriculum structure of higher vocational education,and achieve the goal of training higher vocational technical talents under the new situation.
