摘  要:目的探究微信公众平台在心内科临床教学中的重要作用以及使用效果。方法选择我院在2019年10月—2020年10月之间实习医学生40名作为研究样本,将医学生划分为研究组和对照组两组。对照组使用传统的教学形式教学,研究组学生在传统教学的基础上添加微信公众平台教学形式。对比两组学生接受不同教学形式后的学习效果。结果研究组医学生的心内科诊治技能、用具、仪器、沟通能力、批判性思维能力评分显著高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生在理论知识、临床技能及综合能力3个方面的评分均高于对照组,且研究组学生的学习满意度高于对照组。两组学生的数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将微信公众平台传递的相关知识运用于心内科临床教学中能够增强学生对临床诊疗知识的理解与运用能力,具有良好的教学效果,应当在医疗卫生方面的教育教学工作中加以落实。Objective To explore the important role and application effect of WeChat public platform in clinical teaching of cardiology department.Methods A total of 40 medical students from October 2019 to October 2020 in our hospital were selected as the research samples,and the medical students were divided into two groups:study group and control group.The control group used the traditional teaching form,and the research group students added the WeChat public platform teaching form on the basis of the traditional teaching.The learning effect of two groups of students receiving different teaching forms was compared.Results The scores of diagnosis and treatment skills,tools,instruments,communication ability and critical thinking ability of medical students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the students in the study group were higher than those in the control group in theoretical knowledge,clinical skills and comprehensive ability,and the study satisfaction of the students in the study group was higher than that in the control group.The data of the two groups of students were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Applying relevant knowledge transmitted by WeChat public platform to clinical teaching of cardiology department can enhance students’understanding and application ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment knowledge,which has good teaching effect and should be implemented in medical and health education and teaching work.
