根管治疗牙髓病与根尖周病的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的比较并分析根管治疗牙髓病与根尖周病的临床疗效。方法将2017年9月—2019年11月在我院接受诊治的62例牙髓病与根尖周病患者作为本次试验的研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其随机分至两组,对照组31例患者采用塑化术进行治疗,治疗组31例患者采用根管进行医治,治疗结束后对两组患者的治疗效果情况(治疗成功率)进行调查。结果对照组治疗成功患者有22例,治疗成功率为70.97%,治疗失败患者有9例,治疗失败率为29.03%;治疗组治疗成功患者有29例,治疗成功率为93.55%,治疗失败患者仅有2例,治疗失败率为6.45%。后者治疗成功率显著要高于前者。数据经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论将根管用于牙髓病与根尖周病的临床治疗当中,患者疗效要更好。Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of root canal treatment of pulpal disease and periapical disease.Methods 62 patients with dental pulp disease and periapical disease who were treated in our hospital from September 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the research object of this experiment,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.31 patients in the control group were treated with plastic surgery,and 31 patients in the treatment group were treated with root canals.After the treatment,the treatment effect(treatment success rate)of the two groups of patients was investigated.Results There were 22 successful patients in the control group with a treatment success rate of 70.97%,9 patients with treatment failure and a treatment failure rate of 29.03%;29 patients with treatment success in the treatment group,treatment success rate of 93.55%,and treatment failure.There were only 2 patients and the treatment failure rate was 6.45%.The treatment success rate of the latter is significantly higher than the former.The data were statistically significant after comparison(P<0.05).Discussion The root canal is used in the clinical treatment of dental pulp disease and periapical disease,and the patient’s efficacy is better.
