摘 要:采用高通量测序分析"香玲"核桃炭疽病病果与健果青皮的微生物多样性,以期为病害的科学防治提供新的思路。结果表明,"香玲"核桃感染炭疽病后,病果青皮真菌多样性及优势度显著提高。相对丰度分析发现,炭疽病果不仅刺盘孢属Colletotrichum(炭疽病菌)相对丰度提高,赤霉Gibberella(赤霉病菌)、葡萄座腔菌属Botryosphaeria(干腐病菌)、链格孢属Alternaria(叶斑病菌)和月盾霉属Peltaster(煤污病菌)等病原菌的相对丰度也明显提高。在选用化学药剂防治时,需兼顾多种病原菌。对细菌而言,病果青皮中鞘氨醇杆菌Sphingobacterium、根瘤菌Rhizobium、假单胞菌属Pseudomonas等的相对丰度明显提高。可见病原菌丰度的增加,可在一定程度上提高核桃青皮益生细菌的含量。In this study,high throughput sequencing was used to analyze the microbial diversity of Xiangling walnut green peel of anthracnose-infected and healthy fruit,in order to provide a new idea for the scientific control of the disease.The results showed that Xiangling walnut infected with anthracnose significantly increased the diversity and dominance of the fungus in the green peel.The relative abundance analysis showed that,besides Colletotrichum,the relative abundances of Gibberella,Botryosphaeria,Alternaria,Peltaster and other pathogens of anthracnose-infected fruit were also increased significantly.It is necessary to take into account the other pathogens for chemical control.In terms of bacteria,the relative abundance of Sphingobacterium,Rhizobium and Pseudomonas in the green peel of the infected fruit was significantly increased.The increase of pathogen abundance can increase the content of probiotics in walnut peel to a certain extent.
