摘　　要：在供应链环境发展背景下,要正确认识液态乳制品生产工艺流程,结合实际情况,做好生产工艺流程改进工作。在此期间,对于原料奶采购环节、乳制品加工与生产等要有正确认识,为乳制品行业的发展奠定良好基础。Under the background of the development of supply chain environment,it is necessary to have a correct understanding of the production process of liquid dairy products,and do a good job in improving the production process according to the actual situation.During this period,we should have a correct understanding of raw milk procurement,dairy processing and production,so as to lay a good foundation for the better development of the dairy industry.
