摘  要:研究紫外及其联合褪黑素处理对发芽大豆中异黄酮含量的影响,通过单因素实验,研究紫外处理时长、褪黑素浓度以及发芽天数对大豆的影响,研究其生理指标变化及异黄酮的富集情况。结果显示,经9 h·d^(-1)紫外辐射及25μmol·L^(-1)褪黑素处理发芽4 d的情况下,发芽大豆中异黄酮含量最高达766.23μg·g^(-1)。To study the effect of UV and its combined melatonin treatment on the content of isoflavones in germinated soybeans.Through single-factor experiments,the effects of UV treatment time,melatonin concentration and germination days on soybeans were studied,and the physiological index changes and the isoflavones were studied.Enrichment situation.The results showed that after 9 h·d^(-1) ultraviolet radiation and 25μmol·L^(-1) melatonin treatment for 4 days of germination,the isoflavone content in the germinated soybean was as high as 766.23μg·g^(-1).
