摘　　要：目的分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情前后急性缺血性卒中“一站式多模态”CT检查流程改变及疫情对到院至用药时间(door-to-needletime,DNT)和患者预后的影响。方法分别选取2019年1-8月及2020年1-8月就诊于首都医科大学宣武医院进入脑卒中溶栓绿色通道并溶栓治疗的患者,设为疫情前绿道组(108例)和疫情后绿道组(132例)。比较疫情后“一站式多模态”CT检查流程变化前后患者各环节用时、DNT、患者预后及护理满意度。结果疫情后绿道组患者“一站式多模态”CT检查各环节耗时增加(P<0.001),就诊-完成CT检查时间、DNT较疫情前绿道组明显延长(P<0.001);患美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIH Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分及护理满意度无显著变化(P>0.05);住院时间明显延长(P<0.001)。结论疫情后绿道组患者“一站式多模态”CT检查各环节耗时增加,患者短期预后无明显变化。Objective To analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the changes of"one-stop multi-modal"CT examination process,DNT and Outcome for acute ischemic stroke.Methods Patients who admitted to Xuanwu Hos⁃pital of Capital Medical University and entered the green channel of thrombolytic therapy from January to August in 2019 and January to August in 2020,were divided into pre-pandemic green channel group(108 cases)and post-pan⁃demic green channel group(132 cases).DNT,outcome and nursing satisfaction of patients before and after the change of"one-stop multi-modal"CT examination process were compared.Results After the COVID-19 pandemic,Time consuming in each link of"one-stop multi-modal"CT examination in post-pandemic green channel group was in⁃creased(P<0.001).The time from hospital arrival to completion of CT examination and DNT were significantly pro⁃longed in the post-pandemic green channel group compared with the pre-pandemic green channel group(P<0.001);NIHSS score and nursing satisfaction of patients were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05);Longth of stay was significantly prolonged(P<0.001).Conclusion After the pandemic,the"one-stop multi-modal"CT examination takes more time.The short-term outcomes of patients were not significantly different.
