摘  要:本试验目的是探究柠檬醛对小鼠生长性能、肌内脂肪(Intramuscular fat,IMF)含量,调控IMF关键基因及脂肪酸代谢酶的影响。选取40只5周龄雄性小鼠,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组饲喂基础饲料,试验组在基础饲料中添加3.5%的柠檬醛,经过7 d试验环境适应后,饲喂期维持18 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,1)试验组小鼠生长速度显著加快,采食量无显著差异;2)股四头肌IMF含量显著升高(P<0.05),同时与IMF沉积相关基因脂肪酸结合蛋白(A-FABP)(P<0.05)、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体PPARα(P<0.01)、PPARγ(P<0.05)转录和翻译水平显著上升;3)脂肪酸合成代谢酶基因FASN、ACC的转录水平显著升高(P<0.05),分解代谢酶基因CPT-1、ACOX1、AMPK的转录水平显著下降(P<0.05)。In order to investigate the effects of citral on growth performance,intramuscular fat(IMF)content,and key enzymes regulating intramuscular fat(IMF)and fatty acid metabolism in mice,in this study,we randomly divided forty 6-week-old male mice into two groups,the control group and the experimental group.The mice in the control group were fed with the basal diet,and those in the experimental group were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 3.5%of citral for 18 days,following 7 days’adaptation in animal housing.The result showed:compared with the control group,1)mice in the experimental group exhibited faster growth without obvious difference in food intake;2)the content of IMF in quadriceps femoris was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the transcription and translation levels of fatty acid binding protein(A-FABP),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor PPARα(P<0.01)and PPARγ(P<0.05)were significantly increased;3)The transcription levels of FASN and ACC genes were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the transcription levels of CPT-1,ACOX1 and AMPK genes were significantly decreased(P<0.05).
