摘 要:为适应电子信息行业大发展对创新型人才需求,该文遵循“强实验基础教学、重工程项目牵引、促工程素质提升”的层次化协同理念构建了电子信息类大学生实践创新生态系统,其核心要素为创新人才培育主体间的关联互动、创新实践人才培育资源的开放流动和学生创新能力培育活动载体建设。实践创新生态系统的推广应用效果表明,该生态系统能够有效促进教师与学生、学生与学生之间的交流、互动与协作,达到高度适应、协调和共进的状态,最终实现大学生基于科创平台的自我管理、自我服务和自我提升,培育大学生实践创新能力,提升地方高校人才培养质量。In order to meet the needs of the development of electronic information industry for innovative talents,this paper follows the hierarchical collaborative concept of“strengthening basic experiment teaching,focusing on the guidance of engineering project,and promoting engineering quality improvement”,and constructs the practical innovation ecosystem of electronic information college students.The core elements include the interaction between the main entities of cultivating innovative talents,the free mobility of innovative practice talents cultivation resources and the activity carrier construction of students’innovation ability cultivation.The promotion and application effect of the practical innovation ecosystem shows that the ecosystem can effectively promote the communication,interaction and cooperation between teachers and students,between students,and achieve a high degree of adaptation,coordination and progress.Finally,the self-management,self-service and self-improvement of college students based on the science and innovation platform can be realized,the practical innovation ability of college students can be cultivated,and the talent training level of local universities can be improved.
