摘　　要：目的:检测卵巢癌组织中巢蛋白(Nestin)和乙醛脱氢酶1(ALDH1)的表达情况,进一步分析Nestin和ALDH1的表达对卵巢癌患者生存率的影响。方法:收集2014年1月至2018年1月在我院进行手术治疗的164例卵巢癌组织,及同时期因子宫恶性病变在我院进行子宫+双附件切除的52例卵巢组织无病变的患者,以此为对照组。免疫组化检测对照组卵巢组织和卵巢癌组织中Nestin和ALDH1的表达。卡方检验和相关性分析检测卵巢癌组织中Nestin和ALDH1表达的相关性。绘制Kaplan-Meier生存曲线,Log-rank检验分析Nestin和ALDH1不同表达组患者的生存率。Cox回归模型分析影响卵巢癌患者生存率的危险因素。结果:Nestin和ALDH1在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率显著高于对照组卵巢组织。ALDH1、Nestin阳性表达和阴性表达组间肿瘤分级、淋巴结转移、FIGO分期和Ki-67指数有统计学差异(P<0.05)。Nestin和ALDH1在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.466,P<0.001)。ALDH1阳性患者的存活率显著低于ALDH1阴性患者(P<0.01),Nestin阳性患者的存活率显著低于Nestin阴性患者(P<0.05)。ALDH1和Nestin双阳性患者、ALDH1和Nestin单阳性患者及ALDH1和Nestin双阴性患者之间的存活率具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。ALDH1、Nestin阳性表达为影响卵巢癌患者生存率的危险因素。结论:Nestin和ALDH1在卵巢癌组织中表达增加,与患者的肿瘤分级、淋巴结转移、FIGO分期和Ki-67的表达相关,Nestin和ALDH1阳性表达为影响卵巢癌生存率的危险因素,共同阳性表达可显著降低患者术后的生存率。Objective:To detect the expressions of Nestin and ALDH1 in ovarian cancer tissues,and to further analyze the effects of Nestin and ALDH1 expression on the survival rate of ovarian cancer patients.Methods:Collecting ovarian cancer tissues from 164 ovarian cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2018.To collect ovarian tissues from 52 control cases in our hospital at the same time,52 patients with malignant lesions of the uterus undergoing uterine+double appendage resection in our hospital were the control group,and there was no lesion in the ovarian tissue.Chi-square test and correlation analysis were used to detect the correlation between Nestin and ALDH1 expression in ovarian cancer tissues.Kaplan-Meier survival curves were plotted and Log-rank test was used to analyze the survival rates of patients with different expression groups of Nestin and ALDH1.Cox regression model analyzes the risk factors that affect the survival rate of ovarian cancer.Results:The positive expression rates of Nestin and ALDH1 in ovarian cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal ovarian tissues.Patients with positive and negative ALDH1 and Nestin expression had significant differences in tumor grade,lymph node metastasis,FIGO stage,and Ki-67 index(P<0.05).The positive expression of Nestin and ALDH1 in ovarian cancer tissues was positively correlated(r=0.466,P<0.001).The survival rate of ALDH1-positive patients was significantly lower than that of ALDH1-negative patients(P<0.01),and the survival rate of Nestin-positive patients was significantly lower than that of Nestin-negative patients(P<0.05).The difference in survival rate between ALDH1,Nestin double positive patients,ALDH1,Nestin single positive patients and ALDH1,Nestin double negative patients was statistically significant(P<0.05).ALDH1 and Nestin positive expression are risk factors that affect the survival rate of ovarian cancer patients.Conclusion:Nestin and ALDH1 expression increased in ovarian cancer ti
