摘　　要：在专业课的教学过程中有效融入思想政治元素,能实现对学生进行思想政治教育的目的,达到更好的教学效果。以食品科学与工程专业课程“食品标准与法规”为例,基于课程的特色,对课程思政的实践方法进行了详细的探索和阐述,以达到课程的育人功能。同时,也为该专业其他课程的思政教育改革提供参考和借鉴。Integrating ideological and political elements into the teaching of professional courses can achieve the purpose of ideological and political education for students and achieve better teaching results.Taking the professional course Food Standards and Regulations of food science and engineering as an example,based on the characteristics of the course,the practical approaches of course ideological and political were explored and expounded in detail in order to achieve the function of educating students.At the same time,it also provided reference for the ideological and political education reform of other professional courses.
