摘  要:“互联网+教育”模式是当前教学改革的风向标,既符合时代的发展趋势,又顺应教学改革的需求。“雨课堂”作为一种教学技术的革新,为教学改革的推进具有促进作用,将互联网与教育深度融合展现出巨大优势。以“杂粮加工工艺学”课程为例,从课前、课中、课后3个方面阐述“雨课堂”在实际教学中的作用及影响,为后续教育改革与互联网的融合发展提供了重要的参考借鉴。The model of“Internet+education”is the weathervane of current teaching reform,which is in line with the development direction of the times and also conforms to the demand of teaching reform.As an innovation of teaching technology,“rain classroom”has provided a catalytic role for the advancement of teaching reform,and has shown great advantages in the deep integration of the Internet and education.Taking the Course of Coarse Grain Processing Technology as an example,this paper expounded the role and influence of“rain classroom”in actual teaching from three aspects:before,during and after class,which provided important reference significance for the integrated development of the subsequent educational reform and the Internet.
