摘　　要：目的了解肿瘤科护士医学叙事能力现状及其影响因素,为提升肿瘤科护士医学叙事能力提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取济南市5所三级甲等医院352名肿瘤科护士作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、医学叙事能力量表和一般自我效能感量表进行调查,采用多元线性回归分析肿瘤科护士医学叙事能力的影响因素。结果肿瘤科护士的医学叙事能力得分为135.00(54.00~179.00)分,一般自我效能感得分为(32.63±6.10)分;多元线性回归结果显示,工作年限、平均个人月收入、叙事护理知识储备、是否接受过叙事护理培训和一般自我效能感是肿瘤科护士医学叙事能力的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤科护士医学叙事能力处于较低水平,护理管理者应采取有针对性的干预措施,以期提高肿瘤科护士的医学叙事能力。Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of medical narrative ability of oncology nurses,in order to provide related references to improve their medical narrative ability.Methods Using convenience sampling method,352 oncology nurses who came from 5 tertiary class A hospitals in Ji'nan were investigated by the general information questionnaire,medical narrative ability scale and general self-efficacy scale.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of medical narrative ability of oncology nurses.Results The score of medical narrative ability was 135.00(54.00~179.00)and the score of the general self-efficacy was(32.63±6.10).The results of multiple linear regression showed that the number of working years,personal monthly income,related knowledge reserves,training experience of medical narrative ability and general self-efficacy were the main influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical narrative ability of oncology nurses is at a low level.Nursing managers should take targeted intervention measures to improve nurses'medical narrative ability.
