摘  要:依托太原铁路枢纽新建西南环线盾构隧道,结合盾构施工中的监测资料,利用有限元分析软件进行数值模拟分析,在考虑流固耦合作用下,并结合实际监测资料,研究了盾构下穿高架桥时地表和地下结构的稳定性,得出了地表、桥承台和桥桩的变形规律及隧道周围孔隙水压力分布规律。研究结果表明:在富水地层中盾构下穿高架桥工程中,考虑流固耦合作用是必要且合理的;盾构隧道施工前采用隔离桩结合深层地层注浆的加固措施能有效地控制地表、桥承台和桥桩变形;盾构掘进过程中主要影响桥桩水平横向位移,对水平纵向和竖直方向位移影响较小;桥桩顶部受到的附加弯矩较大;深层地层注浆加固措施能减弱隧道周围流固耦合作用,降低隧道内涌水风险。Based on the construction of the shield tunnel of the southwest ring road in Taiyuan railway hub,combined with the monitoring data in shield construction,the finite element analysis software was used to carry out numerical simulation analysis.Considering the fluid-structure coupling,combined with the actual monitoring data,the stability of the surface and underground structure when the shield passes through the viaduct was studied,and the deformation laws of the surface,bridge caps and bridge piles and the distribution laws of pore water pressure around the tunnel were obtained.The results show that it is necessary and reasonable to consider the fluid-solid coupling effect in the shield tunnel crossing viaduct project in water-rich strata.Before shield tunnel construction,the reinforcement measures of isolation pile combined with deep stratum grouting can effectively control the deformation of ground surface,bridge caps and bridge piles.In the process of shield tunneling,it mainly affects the horizontal lateral displacement of bridge piles,but has little influence on the horizontal longitudinal and vertical displacement.The additional bending moment on the top of the bridge pile is larger.Grouting reinforcement measures in deep strata can weaken the fluid-solid coupling around the tunnel and reduce the risk of water gushing in the tunnel.
