种植业结构改革过程中农民心态发展路径探析——以山东省龙口市后店村为中心

摘　　要：对山东省龙口市后店村种植业结构改革过程的调研和访谈发现,土地制度变革和农民主体性因素是影响后店村种植业结构发展过程中农民心态变化的主要因素。随着农村人口增多以及种植业结构的发展变化,后店村农民受具体土地政策的影响和“生存理性”的驱动,对于农业生产大致经历了从犹豫不决与彷徨不前到积极参加与安于现状并存再到瞻前顾后与力不从心的发展路径。面对当前农民的消极悲观心态,应科学利用农村的耕地资源,通过建设新型农村合作社,转变农民心态,实现农村的可持续发展。Based on the investigation of and interview about the structural reform of planting industry in Houdian village,Longkou city,Shandong province,it is concluded that the reform of land policy and the subjectivity of farmers are the main factors that affect the change of farmers’mentality in the developmental process of the planting industry structure in Houdian Village.With the increase of rural population and the development of the planting industry structure,the farmers’mentality towards agricultural production,influenced by the specific land policy and driven by the“survival rationality”,has generally experienced a changing process:it turns from indecisiveness and hesitation to decision-making,whether to participate or not,and then to calculating and losing grip.In view of this,rural land resources should be utilized scientifically and new types of rural cooperatives should be established to reverse the mentality of farmers and achieve sustainable development in rural areas.
