摘 要:依据模糊理论解除木材干燥窑温度和平衡含水率间的强耦合关系,在建立木材干燥模型基础上,设计木材干燥模糊自适应滑模控制器;应用仿真和木材干燥试验,对比分析传统PID控制器、滑模控制器、模糊自适应滑模控制器的控制性能和干燥质量的差异。结果表明:模糊自适应滑模控制器具有较好的控制性能和干燥效果。与传统PID控制器、滑模控制器相比,木材干燥模糊自适应滑模控制器的最大超调量更小、响应时间更短,并且在相同的干燥基准时的干燥时间更短、能耗更低。木材干燥模糊自适应滑模控制器有效地提高了木材干燥系统的性能,降低了能源消耗。High coupling relationship of temperature and equivalent moisture content in wood drying kiln is decoupled using fuzzy logic method.Mathematic model of wood drying is built,and fuzzy self-adaptive sliding mode controller for wood drying is designed.Simulation and wood drying experiment are used to compare the performance and drying quality of traditional PID controller,sliding mode controller and fuzzy self-adaptive sliding mode controller.The results show that fuzzy self-adaptive sliding mode controller has achieved better performance and drying quality than the other two controller.Compared with traditional PID controller and sliding mode controller,fuzzy sliding mode controller has smaller overshoot,shorter response time,shorter drying time and less energy consumption under the same drying schedule.Fuzzy sliding mode controller has improved the performance of wood drying system,while reducing the total energy consumption.
