摘　　要：面对传统工程专业人才培养的窘境与痛点,大学生存在基本创新素质薄弱、创新创业能力不足的问题,结合专业教育实践特点,将创新链、产业链和教育链相结合,从人才培养维度、课程体系构建以及工程实践的角度,深入解析“专业+创新教育”人才培养机制的内涵与外延,提出了“专创”融合式“三位一体”的专业教育模式;基于“专创”融合式专业教育体系构建、创新机制探索,可为今后工程专业人才培养起到一定的示范和参考作用。Faced with the dilemma and pain point of traditional engineering talents training,college students have the problems of weak basic innovation quality and insufficient innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Combining the innovation chain,industry chain and education chain,this paper analyzes the connotation and extension of the talent training mechanism of"Specialty+Innovation education"from the perspective of talent training dimension,curriculum system construction and engineering practice,and puts forward the professional education mode of"trinity"of"specialty creation"integration.Based on the construction of"specialty creation"integration professional education system and the exploration of innovation mechanism,it can provide reference for the future.In the future,it will play a certain demonstration and reference role in the cultivation of engineering talents.
